「工业侧滑门」门扇的面材采用滚压木纹花铝板或钢板,两面由专用设备冷轧成异型密封企口,中间填充硬质聚氨酯,导热系数小于0.033w/(m·K)。
"Industrial side sliding doors" are made of rolled wood-pattern aluminium sheet or steel plate. The two sides are cold-rolled by special equipment to form special-shaped sealing orifices. The middle is filled with rigid polyurethane. The thermal conductivity is less than 0.033w/(m.K).

门扇两端封套采用铆接;当门扇宽度大于4300时,每块门板横向增设一根加强筋与门板铆接。
When the width of the door is greater than 4300, each door plate is riveted with a reinforcing bar transversely.
门洞宽小于5400的门型均可设小门,并设置安全保护开关。大门运行过程中如需打开小门通行,大门即停止运行,确保使用安全。
Small doors and safety protection switches can be set for doors with a width of less than 5400. If the small door is opened to pass during the operation of the gate, the gate will stop running to ensure the safety of use.

1、概述
1. Overview
1.1 侧转门分上承式和下承式两种;
1.1 Side turning door can be divided into two types: top-down and bottom-down.
1.2 整樘门由多门扇组成;
1.2 The whole diaphragm door is composed of multiple doors and fans.
1.3 侧转门系统主要由门扇、上导向轮、下导向轮、导向器、地轨、传动装置、控制系统、安全保护装置、安全报警系统、排水、融冰装置等组成。
1.3 Side turning door system is mainly composed of door fan, upper guide wheel, lower guide wheel, guide device, ground rail, transmission device, control system, safety protection device, safety alarm system, drainage and ice melting device.
2、功能设计
2. Functional Design
2.1 按设计条件设计门扇,门扇设供人员疏散小门,其尺寸为
2.1 Design the door according to the design conditions. The door is equipped with evacuation doors. The size of the door is as follows:
900×2000(h),向外开启,当小门开启时,大门扇应立即停止运行,大门应为电、手动启闭;

2.2 根据气候或功能需要分为保温门和非保温门。保温门传热系数≦2.0W/m²·℃;

2.3 在门扇上可设置全部采光窗、部分采光窗。部分采光窗的分格及非采光处面板的颜色等均应满足建筑设计要求;

2.4 大门门扇应设安全报警及防撞装置(门扇运行时如遇障碍物便立即停止);

2.7 地轨处应设排水系统,严寒及寒冷地区还应设融冰装置。
